For questions about the processing of personal data on Spaweekends.se, contact Johnny Persson at perssonjohnny@gmail.com or via the contact form. Invoices are issued by Eliver Invest AB, company registration number 559356-2803.

What data is processed?

  • Contact messages: name, email address, subject and message.
  • Advertising enquiries: company name, contact person, contact details, desired placements, towns or cities, historical provinces, period and message.
  • Business accounts: email address, information for secure login, association with hotels and profile changes.
  • Orders and invoices: company name, company registration number, invoice reference, address, email address, package, amount and period.
  • Public hotel profiles: contact details, description, filters, images, logo, booking links and offers.

Why is data processed and on what legal basis?

Contact details are used to answer questions and handle enquiries, on the basis of legitimate interests or steps taken prior to entering into a contract. Account and order information is used to provide the service and perform contracts. Invoice information is also processed to comply with accounting requirements. Security measures are based on the legitimate interest in protecting the service. Optional statistics and advertising storage are based on your consent.

Service providers and recipients

The website uses Lovable Cloud for hosting, login and storage. Google Analytics is used for statistics and Google AdSense for advertising only after consent has been given for the respective purpose. Data may be processed by these providers and their subcontractors. Where processing takes place outside the EU/EEA, it must be covered by applicable transfer rules and safeguards.

Please also read Google’s privacy policy and how Google uses information from websites. When booking on a hotel’s website, the hotel’s own privacy policy applies.

Retention and deletion

Contact and enquiry information needs to be retained for as long as required by the matter and any follow-up questions. Account information is needed for as long as the account and its contractual relationships remain in place. Invoices and accounting records need to be retained in accordance with applicable law, normally for seven years. Exact deletion procedures for enquiries and visitor statistics have not yet been established; automated deletion is therefore not promised here. Contact us for information about retention or to request deletion of data that does not have to be retained.
